Energized Zombies
OH GOLLY! This is the script that Mr. Philip made for his year 12 media movie. Its almost as bad as Marks! MAYBE WORSE?
Note: I am playing the Camera Man apparently.
Scene 1: Forest Hill College- Oval, day, exterior.
The scene starts off with two boys running away and screaming from a zombie that’s trying to kill them.
Zombie:
(We see the zombie slowly running across the oval chasing two boys)
Boys 1 & 2:
(The two boys are running away across oval to the Pipe line)
Boy 1:
“Oh no!!”
Boy 2:
“Somebody help us!!”
(Falls over and drops his soft drink)
Boy 1:
“Come on get up!!”
(He then starts running off again leaving his friend behind)
Boy 2:
(Gets up starts running away)
Zombie:
(Picks up the soft drink)
(Slowly says) “Brains” (while looking at the two boys running in the distance)
(Drinks the soft drink)
(Loudly Says) “Brains!!” (Starts running really fast now after the boys.)
Scene 2: Forest Hill College- the Pipe Line, day, exterior.
The zombie is about to kill the two boys in this short scene continuing on from the last scene.
Zombie:
Catches up the second boy and kills him
Boy 2:
“Nooooo!” (Dies)
Boy 1:
“Oh crap! Oh crap”
Zombie:
(Looks up bolts over to the other boy and kills him as well)
(The Screen then starts fading black and we hear the scream of the second boy in the background before it goes silent.)
Scene 3: Forest Hill College- class room, day, interior.
Scene starts with a black screen with a theme song from a news channel while fading into the news reporter giving a brief report on what happened to two boys found dead.
News reporter- studio:
“Today two boys were found murdered on a row-teen police patrol near a local public school at Glen Dale College”
“Police are warning residents in that area to remain in their homes for their own safety and not to come out until the person who’s responsible is caught or told safe to do so when police believe it’s now safe to leave home”
“We will now be going live to the scene of the murders were John will give us a better detailed report on the incident, we would also like to remind viewers to switch the channel if this may cause mental problems to viewers, but we have been told that they have been covered so not to distress viewers to the gruesome site”
Scene 4: Forest Hill College- the pipe line, day, exterior.
In this scene we see the news reporter John giving a detailed report on what happened to the two boys who were murdered while standing next to the dead bodies. We also see the two police officers next to the first boy filling out a report on paper.
News reporter- John:
“What you’re seeing ladies and gentlemen are the two boys who were killed today while walking home from the supermarket this evening after purchasing some soft drinks which was just over an hour ago.”
“The police are not sure the reason behind this malicious attack or giving any clues as to…” (Stops talking abruptly)
Zombie:
(Walks out of a bush slowly)
News reporter- John:
“Oh my God it seems and we believe that the one responsible for the murders has come out of hiding and is walking towards the police.”
“This is John from channel 4 news reporting live from Glen Dale College”
Police officer 1:
“Stop where you are and put your hands in the air where we can see them!!”
Zombie:
“Uhhhhhh…..brainssss…..” (Walks slowly over to the police but instead walks over to the esky and pulls out a can/bottle of soft drink)
Police officer 1:
“Are you even listening to us put your hands in the air now!”
Zombie:
(Drinks the can/bottle of soft drink)
“Brains!”
(Starts running to the police officer 1 and kills him/her, then is gunned down by the other police officer)
Police officer 2:
(Talks into his/her radio)
“We have an officer down and request back up and medical assistance”
(Screams to death)
*By this time the camera is facing down on the ground showing the police officers radio which is in his/her hand*
Radio voice:
“Can you repeat that we didn’t receive the last transmission…Hello?! Hello!”
*We now begin to see the dead bodies that were behind the police officers getting up the first boy comes up behind him and kills him.*
News Reporter- John:
“Oh god we got to get out of here”
*The digital video camera is showing the camera man in this shot*
(Starts running and turns around)
“Mac run!!”
(Panics)
*At this stage we hear a death defying howl from the shot up Zombie *
Zombie:
Grahhhhh!! *Roar!!!*
News reporter- John:
“Mac!”
(Tries to run)
*But instead we see the Zombie run straight past Mac the camera man and up to John the news reporter and kills him*
Camera man- Mac:
Starts saying “Crap, oh crap, oh crap they’ve got John”
(Running to car park)
Scene 5: Forest Hill College- car park, day, exterior.
We now see the camera man running to his car, he gets there but fails to get into his car. All to people who were attacked by the Zombie are now zombies themselves and kill Mac the camera man.
Camera man- Mac:
(Gets to his car drops the keys gets mauled to death by all the zombies placing his hand onto the right front window while screaming to his death)
*I’m going to show the killing of the camera man from behind the left front window of the car with the digital video camera*
Scene 6: Forest Hill College- class room, day, interior
In this short scene the studio reporter says a few lines
News Reporter- studio:
“Sorry ladies and gentlemen we will now be going to a break due to technical difficulties”
Scene 7: Forest Hill College- class room, day, interior
I will be holding up a sign with a picture of a soft drink that I’ll make up and then have a voice over saying a few lines.
TV Ad- someone’s voice:
“Try our Buzz-Zom It’s to die for!!!!”
“Brainsss…..”
Scene 8: Forest Hill College- class room, day, interior
The studio news reporter comes back on air after the TV commercial and tells us a shocking report.
News reporter- Studio:
“Welcome back everyone, we have just received a shocking report from one of our sources, they have just informed us that the large company known as “Buzz-Zom” which makes soft drinks around the world, has announced that they were attacked by terrorist without their knowledge and that their whole batch of soft drinks has been contaminated by a chemical”
“The Terrorists who clam to be held responsible are called the “Yarf-12”, the chemical which has been put inside these soft drinks is unknown at this stage and is beginning looked at by the United Nations scientists”
“A total recall has been issued to all products made by “Buzz-Zom” and warns to all consumers not to drink their brand and to return it to place of purchase were a full refund will be given”
“If by any chance you or a friend has consumed any of this product your to ring this hotline which is 1800 555 222, that’s again 1800 555 222 and further information will be provided in consumption of this drink”
*A can of buzz-Zom rolls off the news reporters table*
News reporter- studio:
(Looks to the right and starts screaming)
*We then see all the zombies from beforehand kill her*
Zombie (Original):
(comes from the left of camera and knocks down the camera)
Scene 9: Forest Hill College- class room, day, interior
Another voice over for a fake TV Broadcast for the TV Channel 4, then Digital Video ends by fading out to a black screen with credits at end.
“Channel 4 would like to say sorry for the delay in the TV broadcast and we hope to be back on air as soon as we can fix any problems, Thank you for your co-operation”
